Ritzy Rentals Co. – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Ritzy Rentals Co. LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Rental Period
All rental items are provided for the agreed rental period listed on your booking confirmation. Items must be returned or made available for pickup at the scheduled date and time.
Late returns or delays may result in additional fees.

2. Payments & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your event date. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to delivery or pickup. Orders will not be fulfilled without full payment.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for unused items after delivery or pickup.

4. Delivery & Pickup

All items are set for customer pickup unless delivery is selected at checkout. Delivery and pickup services are available within designated service areas for an additional fee based on distance.

Delivery is curbside only. Setup is available upon request for an additional fee.

Delivery fees are determined by service zones and confirmed at checkout.

Clients must ensure safe, clear, and accessible entry to the delivery location. A person must be present to receive delivery when required. Missed or delayed access may result in additional charges.

A valid photo ID is required for all pickups.

Ritzy Rentals Co. is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Setup & Breakdown Services
Setup and breakdown services are available for an additional fee and must be selected at the time of booking.

Setup & breakdown services include placement and collection of rental items only and do not include cleaning or disposal unless otherwise agreed.

If setup is not selected, Client is responsible for all assembly, placement, and breakdown of rental items.

6. Cleaning & Return Condition
All items must be returned:

  • Free of excessive dirt, food, or debris

  • In the same condition as received (normal wear excluded)

  • Properly organized and ready for pickup

Additional cleaning or handling fees may apply if items are returned in unsatisfactory condition.

7. Damage, Loss, or Theft
Client assumes full responsibility for all rental items from the time of delivery or pickup until items are returned.

  • Damaged or missing items will be charged at full replacement cost

  • Do not attempt to repair damaged items

  • All damages must be reported promptly

8. Card on File Authorization
By booking, Client authorizes Ritzy Rentals Co. to charge the card on file for:

  • Damaged or missing items

  • Late returns

  • Cleaning or additional handling fees

  • Any unpaid balances

9. Use of Rental Items
All rental items must be used safely and only for their intended purpose.

Client assumes all responsibility and liability for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of rental items.

10. Weather Policy
Ritzy Rentals Co. does not offer refunds due to weather conditions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability
Ritzy Rentals Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented items.

12. Agreement
By placing an order, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
